I take a customized approach with all of my clients, as each individual - and each life experience - is wholly unique. During our first coaching call we’ll take time to dive into your life and what brought you to coaching. We’ll pursue radical inquiry together, create trust, and focus on vulnerability. From there, our 3 months together will be tailored to your unique personality and goals, and I’ll incorporate a blend of holistic healing modalities & talk-therapy modalities that will be uniquely designed to best support you.

At the foundation of all that I do, there is unlimited compassion & understanding. We’ll work together to develop a deep well of inner-compassion for yourself; the past versions of you, the current version of you, & the vision you hold for your future self. When working with me you will never feel judged, simply held & supported in all that you are. Our time together is sacred, private, and created as a container for you to explore your depths while being held and witnessed.

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, aromatherapy, and more.
